I was a little confused as to where you were all coming from until I was catching up on youtube and saw a video by the beautiful Bonnie (aka SushiRockStar) talking about doing the 100 push-ups + 200 sit-ups training program that I recently blogged about! I told her about it in a comment on her blog as she was looking for ways to tone up because we all know us girls like to look toned and terrific in our bikinis, dresses, shorts and singlets during the warmer months (sigh.. it is winter here so I am also living vicariously through everyone in the northern hemisphere!!)
My boyfriend was a little angry that I started jumping around the house yelling that Bonnie mentioned me in a video. It was after midnight, I was loud and he thought I had hurt myself. It was not until I calmed down that I explained who Bonnie was (I think I may have said - OMG, she is famous on youtube!) I got rolled eyes and told to calm down. Men just do not understand these things I swear!
